This natural specimen features dark green epidote crystals associated with chlorite-coated quartz, collected from Turkey. The deep green tones of the epidote combined with the soft, earthy green chlorite on quartz create a rich and natural mineral contrast.
Formed through hydrothermal mineralization processes, quartz crystallized first, later becoming coated with chlorite, while epidote developed under specific temperature and pressure conditions.
